Resident Council

The George Pearson Centre Resident Council provides a voice for Pearson residents in the work of making Vancouver Coastal Health and the management of Pearson Centre aware of and responsive to resident needs. The Council meets once a month and has a number of ad hoc committees that address specific issues of concern to residents like residents’ banking, infection control, housekeeping and food contractors, emergency preparedness and rules for use of power mobility on site.  The Council manages the Pearson Family Room and the Residents Canteen. Along with CARMA, the Residents Council also spearheads the drive to implement the Eden alternative at Pearson.
